Pros

Most people I met were extremely nice, cool ambassadors, location is pretty central if the ceo makes you go in (he loves the face time to yell at you) free device

Cons

CEO is the worst human I think I’ve ever crossed with. A LOT of LA natives I know told me not to take the role because they knew other employees that lasted a minute, and the family history is very well known. If you are creative love a good environment go to hyperice. Just replace the ceo everyone else will be better off and probably spend less in therapy. Before you sign anything take a good look at the health options then go and renegotiate your salary. It’s basically 50%.

Worst Company Culture Ever

I honestly wish I could list a pro but anything I would include here would be a lie.

Cons

It’s so sad that such a great concept is being ruined and destroyed by the worst CEO to ever do it, crap leadership and a joke of a founder that run this company. I can’t even say they make great products because everyone I’ve been given or purchased has broke or has issues. I’m shocked that they somehow convinced some high profile athletes to invest. Don’t be fooled by the 5 stars reviews of current employees. I have no doubt they were coerced and incentivized to do so. Flat out this company has the worst culture I’ve ever been a part of and I feel bad for the current employees and the daily abuse they are subject to from the leadership team. All of the best talent leaves ASAP once realizing what they’ve joined and how the company actually operates. The CEO and Founder either are so blind that they don’t see how bad the company and its culture has gotten or they flat out don’t care. And what’s worse is upper management and HR are aware of the issues but refuse to say or do anything in fear that they will loose their job and fall out of favor with the CEO. They treat vendors horribly and are always working their employees to the bone. They like to say the best of the best work and thrive here but that’s a lie too. The best of the best leave for greener pastures as soon as they can. And notice even the 5 star reviews don’t give the CEO approval. This is a rocket ship with no fuel and a blind driver. Do yourself a favor and don’t ruin your career path and personal growth by joining Therabody.

Pros

Therabody definitely attracts the top talent in every field from sales to operations to HR and education. In my experience, this has been the absolute best team I have every worked with. The products truly are superior to anything else on the market with decent employee discount.

Cons

The worst company morale and the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. Severely lacks support in every department due to poor business decisions made by leadership. Unrealistic expectations. CMO, CTO/CSO, SVPs represent inauthenticity at its finest. They are the most uninspiring and spineless group of selfish individuals in power. CEO is mentally abusive and truly believes everyone is disposable. He thinks he knows everything but he will never own up to his mistakes and continue to blame everyone else for his failures. A true disappointment.
