Pros
I have been working for Therabody for almost 2 years, I could not have imagined being with a better employer during the pandemic. The focus each day is on growth for the company and the team. We have a very collaborative culture where everyone is heard and ideas are listened to freely. Therabody puts an emphasis on the best technology, products and people in the space. I focus everyday with my team on ways to align in the luxury hospitality space and customize the experience across brands. From our Founder and CEO to our Sales Executives, we all are focused on the mission of creating wellness around the world. I am so lucky to work for a company where my voice is heard, and I see the ideas of my peers executed regularly to elevate Therabody as a leader in the space.
Cons
The only con currently is the unknown still in the space with the pandemic and less in person meetings internally and externally. I have not met a few people on my team and though we are so lucky to hire talent all over the world, the in person meeting can never compare.
