Pros

I recently left the company to take on a new challenge but ultimately look back on my personal experience as extremely positive. This is a company that has huge potential and has been reinvigorated with an injection of new, experienced leadership. The new CEO has a clear vision for the business and has brought in trusted leaders into the business to execute on his plan. Due to the size of the business, there is plenty of opportunity to grow within the business - you just have the seize the chance. The vibe and atmopshere in the London office in my experience, has always been great - it was started by the former MD and has been carried on by the new MD of International. The leadership team have always been approachable and open, which I have found is quite rare in some businesses. Whenever the Founder or any of the leadership team is over in London, they will spend time with everyone, host Town Halls etc. to give updates on the business and its direction, which is very refreshing. Ultimately, there are good, talented people in the International business. If you are committed, keen to bring your experience to take the company to the next level, then its a fantastic opportunity.

Cons

Therabody will not be for everyone. And that's ok. Its a growing business that has, like a lot of businesses, faced challenges over the past 18 months due to the economic climate. For those looking to come into a business where there is lots of process etc., it is not the case and some that come from big corporates are maybe taken aback a bit. But then it is a unique opportunity to actually put the processes in yourself - those that are willing to do that, often thrive in the business. You have to be committed.
