There are next to none, I dint even want to give it a single star if there was an option

Health wellness company who doesn’t really care about employee wellbeing. A lot of favouritism Toxic place to work I have never seen so many layoffs in my entire working career in just one company You dread attend the global call in the fear that they might announce the name of another friend or colleague you love working with well you’ll never hear your name on that meeting because they would have already told you that they don’t need you maybe your before the meeting so don’t be surprised. They hire people by showing them a nice candy and than next they are like we don’t need your expertise anymore because you are not performing or the role is discontinued truth be told they can’t afford you anymore. So if you are looking for longtime commitment avoid this place.

Exposure and growth in your own work. There is so much to learn and you will learn alot about how a business works. I have learned so much about myself and my capabilities

Cons

overworked, underpaid, undervalued. Its such a shame as a health and well being it has so much potential but it lacks in a lot of areas

With the new addition of our Chief People Officer, we have made investing in our people a top priority. We are currently in the process of rolling out some important programs that we believe will support our employees and improve the overall culture at Therabody. Some of these include a company Wellness program, Employee Recognition, and Manager Training.
