Pros

Highly ethical company with strong focus on clinical excellence, education and specialty programs. Small teams with easily accessible managers in the field. Industry leaders in regards to professional and legislative advocacy. Free quality in-house continuing education for all employees. Mentoring available to enhance clinical skills.

Cons

Healthcare is such a dynamic and changing industry. THERAPY 2000 does a great job of staying ahead of the curve and proactively responding to industry changes by constantly looking for ways to improve and get better.

Pros

Extremely ethical! Owned and managed by therapists. Lives by it's Mission statement to "Improve Lives" and Core Values regarding "giving back," "showing integrity," "having fun," "unleashing potential," "striving for excellence," and "celebrating diversity." They are picky about who they hire and have high expectations for all of their employees. There is great education for management staff and therapists. There are great benefits. I feel very secure about working for this agency as they are proactive regarding insurance changes and are highly involved in legislative activities. There are more career advancement opportunities than I can even name. The most important thing about working for this company is knowing that above all else, caring for children and doing it right is its top priority!

Cons

There is need for frequent change due to growth and the need to accommodate changing insurance requirements.

Pros

Owner has a wonderful vision of meeting the needs of kids with disabilities. He knows we have to continue to change to adapt to the ever-changing healthcare arena. Company has great benefits especially for its size. It is a fun environment!

Cons

Changes are not always messaged positively and not rolled out in an organized manner. However, this seems to be getting better!
