      - Work autonomy for sales team - Great team statewide - Good base salary

      Cons

      The company is falling apart from the inside. After changes in the leadership, people were being fired left and right in the name of "moving the company forward." The medicaid/healthcare market is terrible and there is no sign of it getting any better. The leadership is making quick decisions without any vision of the impact that it will have because they have no experience in this particular field.

      Jerre, and the core corporate and clinical team are professional, empathetic and passionate about helping children throughout Texas in any way possible. They invest in their Clinical Training

      Cons

      As the company grows from a 'Family' atmosphere to a true 'corporate' atmosphere, much of the intrapersonal touches are going out the window. Lack of relateability from management to other employees
