      Pros

      Therapist-owned and operated, so they understand the challenges of home health. Great support and mentoring from managers. Only agency with a team dedicated solely to clinical excellence and quality. They give everyone a nice laptop and offer FREE, in-house CEU opportunities.

      Cons

      State government cutting rates and making it difficult to treat our kids.

      Pros

      THERAPY 2000 has so many hard working and dedicated employees (field staff, office staff and management). THERAPY 2000 is a completely ethical company. They set the bar high for their employees, but this helps to improve the care provided to patients. They have a team of therapists called the "Clinical Excellence Team." This team does all that it can to provide quality continuing education and improve the skills of the clinical staff so that they can provide clinically excellent care. The owner is very involved in legislative activities and cares deeply about the patients AND his employees. We've had to endure adjustments to salaries and benefits based on the current Pediatric Home Healthcare industry, but THERAPY 2000 has been able to weather the storm and feels like a "safe" place to be right now. I LOVE working here! I work hard, but for the RIGHT reasons!

      I'm really not sure that there are any cons right now. It's not easy in this industry right now, but it's not due to the company.
