I have never enjoyed a job position as much as I do now. Working from home 4 days out of the week is very accommodating for a mom of 2 like myself. I love doing what I do as Lead Patient Service Specialist. Helping kiddos start therapy every day and matching them with the amazing therapists we have, is very rewarding. Management has been nothing but GREAT and way they really care about helping us meet our goals says a lot about this great company.

So far, I do not have anything negative to say about this company!

-Sense of community even in the home health setting - mentor support - respectful supervisors and clinical managers who are team oriented - annual raises - competitive pay - great benefits - mileage reimbursement

Cons

-no options for salary pay at the therapist level - driving - benefits do not include maternity/paternity leave -productivity can be high and deadlines can be stressful
