      Pros

      Stipend/salary in the beginning but then change you to fee per visit without a full caseload.

      Cons

      Austin division is a revolving door of therapist because they do not get referrals to provide full caseloads that they promise. Will start you out on stipend/salary but then force you off and make you drop to part time. Management changes every year. More paperwork than any other company. Not therapist friendly.

      Pros

      Professional and great reputation! Everyone I’ve met in the East Texas branch and Dallas office has been so helpful! Appropriate and setting-related CEUs offered. Everyone in a management position is so helpful and organized. The managers and directors truly care about patient care and providing the best for our patients and families and in turn that keeps staff pleased!

      Cons

      The therapy career is under stress from insurance and such but this company handles it with informing their staff with upcoming changes and stays ahead of what needs to be done. Also knowing the ins and outs of home health is part of the job- I’ve learned to set my drive time limits and this company definitely honors that.
