Cons

Pros

-Great support provided -Quick response time -Every therapist has a Case Manager that they report to. My CLM, Karla Cox, has been great in providing support in all areas and answers all questions I may have. My transition to Therapy 2000 has been very smooth because of all the help and support everyone at Therapy 2000 provides. -Truly cares for their employees and patients -Free CEUs provided periodically -Although it’s a home health company, I have never felt isolated.

Cons

This isn’t a con directed towards Therapy 2000 as a company, but rather just home health in general. Paperwork can be challenging to complete during the week, leaving you with work over the weekend.

I wouldn't work for anyone else!

Cons

No cons specific to Therapy 2000! The home-health industry has undergone many changes the past two years with Medicaid cuts, switch to unit billing, etc- but Therapy 2000 has stayed as proactive as possible and kept us well-informed throughout the process of any upcoming or potential changes.
