Pros

I had a great experience with Therapy 2000! This company and upper manangement provide all the necessary resources for you to be successful. Therapy 2000 is an ethical home health that really puts their patients first! As a Community Relations Rep, you will receive quarterly sales training, attainable quotas, and a company with a great brand name in Dallas/Fort Worth.

Cons

Changes in the home health industry make it hard for you to make good money.

Pros

Highly ethical, and extremely patient-focused. Everyone who works here; from a therapist to the owner, truly cares about the patients the company treats. Therapists are given monthly/quarterly FREE training and continuing education. Many other great benefits. Company culture is a positive one, and there are solid members of the core leadership team that are steering T2K in the right direction.

Cons

Lack of training and professional development within the office staff. Reviews rarely happen on schedule, and when they do, very little outcome or raises. Company has done away with several key parts of their pay package over the last 6-9 months. Communication and low pay are perennial areas of needed improvement, as revealed by employee survey, but no change happens.

Pros

Growing, innovative company, industry leaders, therapy owned, and almost all the managers are therapists too

Cons

Keeping up with all the changes with the Medicaid plans is just about impossible, the electronic chart is not great, it's not very intuitive, initial evals are way time consuming, daily notes are not too bad
