Competitive PPV rates, realistic productivity standards, very understanding of work-life balance, and working with a family of people who value the success of the patient over just money. Very supportive managers and directors who are very personable and care for your own career success and happiness. The CEO is very involved and present making each employee feel valued and appreciated.

Cons

No 401k matching and poor options within Fidelity; it is clear that the Wells Fargo advisers recommended a package based on their compensation and not the benefit of the employees.

Therapy 2000 is a wonderful company to work for. The leads, supervisors, office staff, etc. stay in contact with you to make sure all of your questions are answered and that your needs are met.

Cons

Home health requires the employee to be accountable, independent, and organized. If you don not possess these personality traits, home health may not be the career for you.
