Free CEUs! Keeps up with current legislation and insurance requirements to make authorizations happen swiftly with fewer denials. Many long term co-workers, and those who have left to seek other positions always seem to come back here.

Cons

Shift to per unit billing has made time management/scheduling (especially afterschoolers) difficult at times, and decreased pay due to not being able to get as many units with certain patients due to attention/other disciplines in the home.

With Therapy 2000 you get the flexibility of the home health setting combined with the support and teamwork found in a clinic. Coworkers are always willing to educate, assist, and support one another because the upper level staff have fostered this great working environment. The team of people that support you from above help make your job easier and there is always someone willing to answer questions or help in anyway they can. The company is growing fast because there is a "clinical excellence" team that works very hard to keep all documentation and insurance requirements up to date which makes the referral, eval, auth process quick and smooth compared to other places I've worked for.

Cons

There is an after school caseload requirement as with any pedi home health job but that's only like 8 months out of the year!
