Owner has a wonderful vision of meeting the needs of kids with disabilities. He knows we have to continue to change to adapt to the ever-changing healthcare arena. Company has great benefits especially for its size. It is a fun environment!

Cons

Changes are not always messaged positively and not rolled out in an organized manner. However, this seems to be getting better!

I have worked for this company for 2 years and beginning my third. This is the most ethical company I have ever worked for. They keep us up to date on all changes with insurances, Medicaid, and legislation. The company has a great compensation package including full benefits for part time employees, Free CEUs, 401K, and many more incentives. The company also promotes a mentoring program within the company. I love working for this company and will continue to work here for as long as I can.

Pros

Great company to work for! Lots of opportunities for career growth and advancement. Excellent CEU options offered monthly for therapists. The company has reasonable productivity expectations. The owner is approachable and a "natural leader." I'm very happy working here.

Cons

The documentation requirements are higher/stricter than other similar companies, which means you have to put in more time @ night/weekends writing up notes and evals.
