Pros

Great training, supportive management. The stated core values are definitely in line with my own: We Strive for Excellence, We Unleash Potential, We Make it Fun, We Show Integrity. Jerre's philosophy is if you are not enjoying your job, talk to your manager. I feel heard and respected as a professional. This is by far the best company I've worked for in the past 30 years! The company stays abreast of the rapidly changing healthcare industry and is proactive in facing the challenges.

Cons

I believe you get what you put in. If you are not willing to invest yourself and be part of the team, you will feel like a lone ranger. It's a fast growing company with growing pains but I have lived through much worse!

Pros

Therapy 2000 is invested in the community and meeting the needs of the children they serve. Company offers great benefits packages, 401k, wellness program (including gym membership reimbursement), a yearly party for the employee and their families, profit sharing, and career enrichment.

Cons

You need to be pretty flexible with change, the company is always striving to become better and with growth comes change.

Pros

After looking around and weighing my options of companies in my area I found that the total pay package provided by Therapy 2000 far exceeds all others. I love the way the company has been set up and feel that it is very much about the employees and the patients and not about the profit to the company. I never feel like just another worker. Great benefits that I partake in: Health/Dental/Vision; tuition reimbursement; 401K; wellness reimbursement; student loan pay; continuing education; cell phone data plan; mileage compensation; PTO; APTA/TPTA dues; goodness, the list goes on... I feel the starting salary/ pay per visit is very fair and I appreciate the profit sharing! I have always felt accepted and welcome by all therapists and other staff at all functions that I have attended. I feel this company provides a great atmosphere and "togetherness" through functions such as the 2nd Friday trainings, community events, company gatherings, etc. Although I have only been an employee for 9 months, I have noticed great changes in the company with positive outcomes for the company's profitability. I am a happy employee hoping to make this the last company I will ever work for!

Cons

The productivity quotas are a little higher than some other home health companies.
