Pros

-Great support provided -Quick response time -Every therapist has a Case Manager that they report to. My CLM, Karla Cox, has been great in providing support in all areas and answers all questions I may have. My transition to Therapy 2000 has been very smooth because of all the help and support everyone at Therapy 2000 provides. -Truly cares for their employees and patients -Free CEUs provided periodically -Although it’s a home health company, I have never felt isolated.

Cons

This isn’t a con directed towards Therapy 2000 as a company, but rather just home health in general. Paperwork can be challenging to complete during the week, leaving you with work over the weekend.

Pros

T2K is the most ethical corporation I’ve had the pleasure to work for as an SLP. They offer tremendous support and resources to their therapists. Even though I was experienced therapist when I joined the company, I have learned and grown as a clinician while working for T2K Pay and benefits are highly competitive

Cons

The demographics of our area can make caseload management challenging

Pros

Pretty good benefits for part time and full time staff, friendly office staff, fair amount of patients readily available.

Cons

We as therapists are subjected to constant nagging by upper management and treated like children at times. I have serious qualms about a company who does not allow me to use my professional judgment and recommend frequency of treatment because it's dictated by an insurance company. This company also goes on and on and beats productivity and attendance into the ground. Annual performance reviews are a joke and set the therapist up for failure.
