Pros

Lots of support and education provided, including in-house CEUs. The support staff and clinical managers that are available at all times for any concerns, guidance, or questions. Flexibility in schedules and good work/life balance. Jerre and all of upper management actively listen to concerns and are willing to make changes that are beneficial to the families we service and the company as a whole. Could not ask for a better company to work for!

Cons

As with all home health agencies, therapists are bound by the number/timing of referrals that come in at any given time. However, the staff at Therapy 2000 are more than willing to come up with creative ideas to help keep caseloads and pay where therapists are comfortable.
