Typical Asian company. Work hard low pay no appreciation. Micro-managers disorganized management team. High personnel turn over. Political environment. No career advancement.

Taiwanese Company, with Asian culture. Friendly environment, cool Managers. Free lunch is also nice.

Cons

Disorganized, very political, no opportunity for career growth, low pay, Management sometime avoid dealing with on-going problems as long as sales target is achieved every month.
