      Nothing positive to say about the company

      Worked for the company 12 years. At the end of my service didn't get even a proper goodbye. No potluck,no lunch out with the group,no card , no even a formal announcement in front of everyone! Nothing ! Just silence after 12 years of hard work. Having a Masters Degree, I hasn't been promoted even once. Most likely because I'm an immigrant and this company has a lot of political, or better to say- racist games. 90% of workers are Asians and they promote only their community. Very much factory environment, people with Masters degree make just a little above minimum range.

      Pros

      Easy to get to from BART, ACE, etc... Last mile pick up options using Uber in Kato Road location. Dynamic people, always smiling, hard driven company (good thing). If you like to be part of a rapidly growing acquisitive company - join us!

      Cons

      Not much other than not for the faint hearted. If you like to be lazy then work at a company that is 8-5. This company makes a difference. Work Life is skewed on work. benefits cost the norm for industry.

      A zero culture company

      Pros

      Friendly, genuine and hardworking teammates.

      Cons

      So much politics with local management; extremely high turnover rate, removal of employee’s many incentives, no transparency from upper managment; too many acquisitions but failure to incorporate different cultures; horrible treatment towards temporary workers/contractors. Management is constantly playing the blame games to cover up incompetency. Middle management’s sole focus is to please the higher ups. There is no people culture here, people are just leaving so fast, it’s impossible to build a culture. Pay is bad comparing to its competitors. Zero work life balance.
