Pros

There are many incredible, hardworking people at Thesis. Their creative is top knotch and almost everyone is very pleasant to work with on the day to day.

Cons

The senior leadership team is very messy and inexperienced. They fumbled the hell out of multiple rounds of layoffs over the last year due to financial mismanagement and are constantly scrambling. It's not a good look and doesn't inspire confidence. At the moment, getting hired here means you might get laid off 6 months later, so don't invest too much of yourself. I found out I was GROSSLY undercompensated which is infuriating and sketchy. Also, Thesis' virtue signaling on social media is out of control and pretty gross.

- There are truly wonderful people here within the worker bees - interview process was straightforward

Cons

- PTO and sick leave are not separate; you only get 15 days for the whole year - Pay is highly inequitable, even within the same role - DEI efforts outside of social media are surface level at best - Multiple rounds of layoffs and dissolving an entire department within 10 months, with some people employed less than one year

You’ll meet fantastic people and may even have some high profile clients. It’s heavily production driven work with little opportunity for real conceptual exploration.

Cons

Transparency without real information is obfuscation, and some might say gaslighting. It’s a revolving door of talented people.
