Nice office, onsite gym, great snacks, bike room.

Cons

Thesis leadership treats employees like a number on a spreadsheet. They only care about profits and not you as a human. I witnessed so many layoffs for no good reason.

Pros

I no longer work there. I collected a paycheck. Phone and internet is reimbursed.

Cons

Pure chaos. Disorganized. Lack of processes. Hostile employees. Most were unhappy. Micromanagement. PTO hours were cut. Witnessed one throw a fit in front of a client because they had to do ACTUAL work that a partner was asking for.
