      Pros

      I made more lasting pro and personal friendships at Thesis than anywhere I've ever worked in the past 20 years. The work was fast-paced and there was always so much valuable collaboration.

      Cons

      With so much top-tier talent, Thesis seemed to have a challenging time transitioning out of being a production house — so the creative work wasn't mind blowing / super original. But the talent is there to make that a reality!!

      Pros

      Thesis has been an incredible place for me to grow professionally. I've had the opportunity to learn, take on meaningful work, and be supported by some of the most talented and thoughtful people I've worked with. What stands out most to me, though, is the personal care and humanity I experienced during a very difficult period in my life. Both my manager and the CEO went far beyond what I would ever expect from an employer, offering compassion, flexibility, and support that allowed me to take care of myself and my family when I needed it most. I will always be deeply grateful for that.

      Cons

      Like any organization, there’s always room for growth and improvement. But I’m 100% committed because I believe in the leadership, the people, and the direction we’re heading. There’s a real sense of care and purpose here, and I’m proud to be part of it.

      Pros

      For junior creatives only. If you have any previous experience, stay away. An entry level job to get a glimpse into agency life and some experience -but don't stay long.

      Cons

      Thesis is a production shop for their clients and is run by the production and account teams who have zero creative vision. If you are a creative and work here, you will be making shiny turds. Expect to have no voice and be steamrolled and thrown under the bus by your noncreative team members. If you must, get some work samples and experience for your portfolio/resume and get out.
