Pros

The people, the culture, and the responsiveness to needs is what makes Thesis a great place to work. Yes, we work hard to meet client expectations, but it’s how we get there - as a team/ agency - that makes a completed project so rewarding. The ability to ask for change or setting yourself up for growth with management is also something complementary to the work - be proactive, define your trajectory and management will help you with your goals.

Cons

I think anyone might see insane growth as a warning, but Thesis has a plan, takes action and defines what the future looks like, being as transparent as possible along the way. Rapid growth comes with teething challenges, but without change, you won’t be sustainable as an agency. Thesis is stepping up to meet demand.

Good clients, nice individual contributors that work there

Cons

Management talks a ton about inclusion but is actually expecting you to conform to their approach, and quickly. Watched a lot of people be put on a fast track and go out the door within a month, so expect to have immediate success or feel like your job is in jeopardy. Some managers play the blame game, where if something doesn’t hit the mark with a client, they will call you out, even if they were heavily involved.

Pros

Culture is pretty solid for an agency, no crazy egos, big diversity push, lots of transparency.

Cons

Not much, they don't reimburse for cell phone usage which is IMO unheard of in this day and age, especially for a digital agency, but not a huge deal.
