Pros
As others have said, great people and enjoyable clients and projects. Remote work was nice for work/life balance while it lasted. These things kept me at Thesis for multiple years despite so many challenges. I always saw so much potential in the company!
Cons
Room for growth is nearly impossible at the managerial level, no matter how well you perform or how far above and beyond you go. Being a high performer without any opportunities for growth is draining for those with ambitious career goals. There is a lot of favoritism around promotions which are few and far between. The executive team is extremely disconnected from the realities of the people who do the work. This is common at a lot of companies, but it felt extra apparent at Thesis which was demoralizing when major restructures and decisions were made. New strict in office policy shows lack of respect for the loyal and talented employees who require remote flexibility and have worked at the company for many years.
