Good place to improve your communication skills

Cons

Lack of respect from clients, no work-life balance, low pay compared to other EN networks, nothing to learn except for cold calling skills. The industry is growing, and your career and personal life are going south. You spend time to achieve your targets, but you gain no technical skills. The years you wasted on this can be better spent on something else that can make you grow and give you a higher sense of achievements. Avoid if possible
