- People: amazing: energetic, hard-working, generous, fun-loving. quite an inclusive culture - Benefits: Health (physical and mental well-being) care coverage is on par or better than some larger companies in content and cost. They provide (delicious) food and beverages in the office every day (cost saving for employees) - Strategy: When a direction isn't bringing the results expected, they shift

Cons

- People: Keep leaving the company (some for long hours, some because of the pay grades, some because they come in and the job was not what they expected, some because of the second and third bullet below - People: There are management and leadership tables in this company has only no POC I can see, and not being a place to grow into/strive for, I must depart - Strategy: When a direction isn't bringing the results expected, the shifts are entirely too fast. They never seem to let an organizational or operating plan run to where people get accustomed to it. This, too, may be related to people. TB has not realized that people start after the plan start date.

Pros

You will learn a lot about different industries in the finance world. You’ll meet some cool people.

Cons

If you’re a minority or LGBTQ run! This year only $2000 was budgeted for an entire month of PRIDE events and the sponsee wanted a one and done event. (Rainbow washing). Meanwhile, If you speak Spanish or Portuguese in Forum and you don’t act like a white businessman… you have behavioral issues and are looked down upon for speaking your native language.
