Pros

- Tons of career mobility -- if you try hard, you will be rewarded with promotions and opportunities - Good ideas are valued, regardless of your seniority - Even though they don't get everything right the first time, leadership is clearly trying to make it a great place to work. Issues are actioned quickly and they have all of the departments and programs someone early in their career would leverage (mentorship, ERGs, etc.) - Lots of socials, vibrant and engaging environment

Cons

- Success is measured primarily through targets and metrics - I was in a client-facing role, so my hours were dictated by when my clients worked - It's a young company, so at times it feels like we're lacking wisdom

Pros

You progress quickly if you are good Your leverage skills such as: time management, project management, client relationship Get you closer to the consulting world if that's were you would like to end up!

Cons

I would not apply for connections if you are a person of colour - i think other departments are fine Long hours Micromanaging The leadership should be trained more on emotional intelligence and constructive feedback
