We agree that we have great colleagues and the exposure to lots of different industries and experts is a great opportunity to fast-track your career development. We are a client-facing business, so sometimes we have to work after or before typical work hours, but we try to make up for that time with flexibility and perks. We strive to build our culture on that balance -- one that fosters a desire to learn and build connections within and outside of Third Bridge. That culture, while great on paper, only works if we have the right people to practice and embed it in our day-to-day environment.
