Hours are pretty set at 9am-6pm, young and friendly colleagues

Cons

Micromanagement, management has little to no experience, only driven my numbers and targets, employees are not valued or rewarded for good work, only praised for getting people to consult for $0, work never ends, once finished with one project you will be put onto another,

Pros

- Lots of growth &career progression opportunities as the business and industry continues to grow - Great culture - managers really care about their teams - Environment of continuous improvement - leadership are open to ideas and always strive to be better for our clients and people

Cons

- It is a client service business, so this is not a 9-5 and you have to be bought in to wanting to win at clients - The market is highly competitive and there is pressure to retain/grow market share - for me that's a pro as it's a challenge, but it's not for everyone
