Great exposure to different industries, quantitative and qualitative (bonus) motivators/ incentives, ability to move up in different roles, great culture, managers/higher-ups receptive to feedback, amazing office in NYC

Cons

lower base pay (excluding bonus) than other expert network firms, workload ebbs and flows depending on time of year, can be very very busy or very slow, hard to get intellectually immersed in client projects when they're on such a quick timeline (sometimes)
