      Pros

      I am a new employee and I have already been welcomed into such a nice company culture. Everyone has been very welcoming and supportive. Third Bridge have a clear vision when it comes to being an inclusive and diverse employer as well, which is really great to see. They also offer such great benefits to their staff as well, for example they have just increased the holiday allowance to x2 extra days per year for well being days.
