      Best place to start for freshers

      Good pay Good incentives every quarter Sat Suns off Good amount of leaves Free snacks, coffee,etc Good Festive celebrations & offsite trips

      May extend by 30mins for a couple of days in a week basis work requirements

      good workplace before 2023

      1. really depends on your line- manager and peers 2. if you lucky join a good team, the working experience will be fine 3. before 2023, there are some benefits but due to the bed market now all gone.

      Cons

      1. change team structure all the time 2. Some managers are extremely unprofessional and a toxic work environment 3. poor salary
