The office has a youthful energy, social events, and nice modern office

One thing that has really impressed me about the company is that they truly care about their employee's well-being. This was tested thoroughly thanks to the Covid pandemic. They shut the London offices 2 weeks before the official UK government lockdown in March 2020 as they saw a threat to their employee's safety. On top of this, they have provided various resources, both internal and external, to help with well-being during a difficult time for many. My onboarding and induction had to be switched from being in person to remote within a very short amount of time and I was really impressed with how it was delivered despite me being in the first ever remote onboarding programme. This quick turnaround has ensured that Third Bridge continues to grow. I also feel trusted to get on with my work with no micro-management, despite having to work from home the whole time. I know that I can just get on and deliver good work but if I need help I know it's there and readily available from my team and manager.
