When I worked there (April 2020) they were making a lot of improvements with new inspiring leadership hires, and implementation of measures to increase staff satisfaction e.g. increasing flexibility in working hours (like remote working, even before the pandemic, long lunches for errands on Fridays), they also changed their compensation system.

High pace, sometimes late nights
