Good place for a year or two post college

- Can be a fun place to work when you're young and new to NYC. - Drinks and snacks

Cons

- Management has no idea what they're doing - they change policies and employee advancement opportunities, raises, promotions, etc every year or so. - Favoritism is rampant. How you do, promotions, clients, accounts all depend on how much your TL or VP like you and how "in" you are.

- good group of friends to go to work with after college

Cons

- confusing organization and management structure, the company likes to change its operations every quarter leading to false hope for growth - competitive environment(people are mean), poor leadership - the people who mostly lead the company's everyday work have been at this job since after college so there is no good external management experience - really socioeconomically limited in diversity and race, everyone is from the northeast and went to the same couple of schools - hard to find a job out
