- an AGEIST company, they will almost not hire anyone New above 25-26 of age, it creates an immature environment.
- short term career there: they will not encourage you to stay beyond 2-3 years, and will find a subtle way to kick you out. Based on my knowledge, all the other competitors have a workforce that is stable and has been there for 5, 10 or 12 years. Rare to find that at TB!
- almost a military strictness RE rules (anything from lateness, sickness etc.... and they don't care if you have 1-2 kids at home who are sick and you need to work from home, cuz that, for instance, is not allowed!), I saw people on performance management when they did not reach target for only 2 months, it was harsh to witness!
- no work/life balance (leaving at 6.15-30 is frowned upon) + team leaders are under a lot of pressure and it does trickle down.
