Pros

It's money, it's not too strenuous.

Cons

They still seemed to do rolled-up holiday pay, they were very demanding on targets (no one would meet them). They required a lot of hours and part-time/temp staff were often treated as extras in the office and not included in any sense of community.

Pros

Fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environment with steep learning curves and high earning potential for employees

Cons

You need to be highly driven and love competition (sales positions) to get the most out of it. If you are, the sky is the limit.

Pros

- CEO and CXOs are very open and easy to approach/have a chat with - nice work environment with fun colleagues - nice perks such as exchanges to other offices, annual group trip for training, good salaries. - training programs are very meticulously planned out and thought out

Cons

- an AGEIST company, they will almost not hire anyone New above 25-26 of age, it creates an immature environment. - short term career there: they will not encourage you to stay beyond 2-3 years, and will find a subtle way to kick you out. Based on my knowledge, all the other competitors have a workforce that is stable and has been there for 5, 10 or 12 years. Rare to find that at TB! - almost a military strictness RE rules (anything from lateness, sickness etc.... and they don't care if you have 1-2 kids at home who are sick and you need to work from home, cuz that, for instance, is not allowed!), I saw people on performance management when they did not reach target for only 2 months, it was harsh to witness! - no work/life balance (leaving at 6.15-30 is frowned upon) + team leaders are under a lot of pressure and it does trickle down.
