- The majority of the workforce (aside from senior leadership) is between 22-26 and most people start fresh out of college, which can make for an immature environment
- The hours can be demanding, and employees are encouraged to respond to client requests in off hours. Maybe 2 days a week, I would work until 10pm or later despite being "off the clock" - and no overtime pay
- This changed in the time I was there, but given the insane growth of the company, management makes more decisions without any heads up or input from the employees
- This is the nature of the industry, but the bonus/incentive structure can feel unfair at times. New project managers are given smaller clients, who use the service less, and require more work for a smaller bonus.
- There are new diversity & inclusion initiatives which is great, but the NY office is still pretty homogenous (white, straight, young).
- This is NOT the job for an introvert. You are constantly reaching out to strangers and I've seen too many people fail because they were too conscious of this.
