Pros

There is a strong culture of feedback that is very ingrained, due to Third Bridge's leadership. Recently, there have been a lot of resources dedicated to Learning and Development, as well as mentor (pegged) relationships, that give you both a go-to-person when you starts and an opportunity to coach a new analyst once you're older. The new compensation structure allows managers more flexibility to reward your efforts rather than numerical performance. When you do have to work late, Third Bridge will pay for your dinner which is a big perk and for sure helps with the worklife balance! Furthermore, you have total access to your direct manager (team leader) and can always have conversations about anything you feel, career mobility, performance, challenges, what you should be going to get that next promotion. Finally, here are a few more pros; snacks, destination offsites, monthly team social events in New York, dinner seamless allowances, the opportunity to work in another international office for 2-4 weeks, meeting clients in person etc

Cons

Based on project flow you may have to stay a little later on someways, which I feel is consistent with many jobs. On the flip side you get summer Fridays and can leave early if you have made plans ahead of time. Similarly, you have to work from home or in the evenings, however, this will vary based on client type. There are not professional laptops, which I personally prefer, because you don't have to work from home as much.
