Easy to get the job, nice office space, fun company events

Cons

Overwork employees, misleading job description, unpleasant team leads, cold calling all day, don’t care about hours and expect you to work overtime with no pay every day

Unfulfilling Work, Toxic Culture

- Pay is ok considering the simple work - not difficult to be promoted (though one can argue the new position is a downgrade in terms of pay/hours)

Cons

- Management and culture is not consistent across sectors, much easier in Private Equity - Expected to work at least from 8:30 to 6:30, if you leave at 6 even if your work is done it is frowned upon - The nature of the work is mind numbing, basically like a call center - Limited career opportunities
