Pros

• Unrivalled management opportunities at an early stage of your career – very fast progression if you earn it. Having the ability to manage a team within two years of joining the company and having significant responsibility for a business unit is exceptional. • Good benefits/comp – including a competitive bonus scheme. Hard work is rewarded. • Strong focus on training. • Good access to senior management - willing and actively seek to engage with junior members of staff and be transparent about the company. • Fun and dynamic team atmosphere - social activities include: company ski trip, weekly drinks, random social events etc.

Cons

• The day to day job can get repetitive if you don’t want to proceed to team management.

Pros

- meritocratic; the company is structured to ensure the individuals who adopt company values and prove themselves the most capable and dedicated will progress fastest. Likewise, when it comes to idea generation / strategy development / process change, the company will ensure it focuses on implementing the best ideas regardless of who in the organisation proposes them. - high earning potential; following on from the above point, the organisation will ensure those that have fast and meaningful impact on the organisation are compensated very well, both financially and through non-financial incentives (eg study support and travel opportunities). - transparent and honest management team; senior management make themselves accessible and visible to everyone in the organisation via internal communication channels and an "open door policy". - the day to day tasks performed in research roles will develop and enhance invaluable transferable skills. Most of all; communication, negotiation, organisation, time management, strategic thinking, project management and analytical skills. - a young, fun, dynamic place to work where you are surrounded by young, fun, dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Cons

- given the rate of growth and subsequent pace and volume of employee recruitment you may have to work with a minority of colleagues that do not buy-in to the project of building Cognolink which can be frustrating.
