      Pros

      Get experience dealing with terrible managers

      Cons

      Cognolink is a horrible place to work. Then managers have little to no management experience and as a result mistreat most employees. Additionally, the organization is dishonest about the role. Unless you want to be a professional cold-caller do not work here.

      Pros

      Salary is OK, the real challenging work content is attractive for fresh graduates. Office environment is quite nice.

      Cons

      The learning curve is not quite smooth.

      Pros

      People here are really great; I think that a lot of hard working and intelligent people work here. Base salary isn't great, but if you're an average performer you can expect to add 10% to your salary through bonus. Bonuses only go up as seniority and your performance increase. Overall, senior management is impressive in terms of their vision and they've executed- growth has been outstanding. That means more senior positions open up very often.

      Cons

      After 9 months, the learning curve slows down, and you don't necessarily learn as much after that time. I understand they're trying to fix this issue, but not sure if that will be successful.
