Pros

- Gives professionals the opportunity to be directly involved in the running and development of a global company that has grown steadily since inception. For example, several senior positions have been filled by young determined individuals via internal promotion. - The company has a strong work hard/play hard atmosphere. Most of us go for weekly company drinks on Thursday nights. - There are no politics – everybody is judged equally and fairly. You have the ability to rise relatively quickly within the company if you are adding value and adhering to company values. - Clients are sophisticated and challenging – everyday has been different. - Staff is REALLY international. I sit next to a Mongolian and a Peruvian.

Cons

- Sometimes have to work late nights on time sensitive projects - Fast paced environment with very demanding clients and that work crazy hours – I’ve been stuck in the office several times…

Pros

1) You’re rewarded quickly; if you work hard you’ll see the benefits immediately. 2) The calibre of the employees is really impressive and everyone has a great attitude ie: really friendly, no politics, loads of great personalities. 3) I've learnt so much working here & have been given a lot of responsibilities early on in my career – this is exactly why I wanted to join a small company.

Cons

1) The hours can be demanding, but it really depends on how quickly you get things done. I do work until 7pm/8pm when there's a lot on, but I expected this to be the case because of who our clients are and the sorts of hours they do. 2) If you’re the sort of person who likes the idea of being part of a huge corporation, then CognoLink wouldn't be for you.

Pros

Lots of room for development and personal advancement, great office atmosphere, access to the world's leading business executives in all kinds of industries and in-depth exposure to various sectors of the economy, management that really engages with each employee. All in all its a great place to work! Don't work here if you want to hide behind your desk - if you are driven, hardworking and outgoing, this is the right working environment, especially at the beginning of your career

Cons

Sometimes long hours (but it all boils down to own time management).
