Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your input and are glad to hear about the aspects of the job that you found positive, as well as the areas where you see room for improvement. We recognise we operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, which is target-driven. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and employee-focused (including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes!). Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at theteam@thirdbridge.com if you have any further thoughts you would like to share with us. Thank you for continuing to be a valued member of our team!

Pros

- the pay is relatively good considering no brain power is required

Cons

- work life balance is terrible, expected to respond to emails / set up projects way outside of working hours - micro managing - a huge factor to why lots of people leave, if you do not respond to an email within 10 minutes expect an emergency meeting with your line manager - the pay - it’s good considering all you do is cold call people, but considering the amount project managers work outside of working hours and have such a terrible work life balance, this needs to be reflected in the pay - hybrid working - company becoming increasingly more strict with “bringing back the culture” and forcing people in 3 days a week, even though this is NOT a job that requires an office. Another reason why so many people are leaving. If you let your employees have a voice and work where they feel best for them, you will find productivity improve and happier employees - targets are completely shocking, and very unfair that you will have the same target as someone with a much bigger account or more accounts than you. They don’t take this into consideration so causes unnecessary tension with teams
