Pay was decent for entry level, especially if you hit targets.

Cons

All in all, a lot more lucrative than it may appear. In terms of skill development, you hit a ceiling quite quickly, no proper career development Work life balance isn’t great, you rarely log off before 6:30 PM Worst of it all, is the employee churn. People rarely stay beyond 12 months, it’s a very unstable workplace environment with people being fired/resigning every month

Each new Manager participates in a comprehensive training programme, which continues as they grow into their roles.
