Pros

Pay was decent for entry level, especially if you hit targets.

Cons

All in all, a lot more lucrative than it may appear. In terms of skill development, you hit a ceiling quite quickly, no proper career development Work life balance isn’t great, you rarely log off before 6:30 PM Worst of it all, is the employee churn. People rarely stay beyond 12 months, it’s a very unstable workplace environment with people being fired/resigning every month

Regarding your comment about inexperienced senior team members, it is true that we often have first-time managers, as we take pride in promoting from within. Many, if not all, have firsthand experience in the entry-level roles you mentioned before stepping into a management position. Each new Manager participates in a comprehensive training programme, which continues as they grow into their roles. We recognise that leadership development takes time, and we remain committed to continuously reviewing and enhancing our training and resources to ensure all employees feel fully supported. We also recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and that this may mean working longer hours at times. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and incredibly employee-focused (including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes!).
