The only good part is work life balance.

Cons

The company has a highly toxic environment, and layoffs can happen without warning. While upper management may appear friendly and supportive, they lack real experience and leadership skills. There's little to no opportunity for career growth, and the management's behavior is deceptive—they act like your allies, but when the time comes, your termination will come as a complete shock. Trust me, you won’t see it coming. Apart from this no growth and they pay below market industry
