      collaborative work environment, good starting salary, a lot of opportunities for upward mobility

      Cons

      monotonous work, micromanagement, long hours that did not seem necessary for the work, cold calling was not for me

Regarding the nature of the role, we recognise that we work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, working with clients, which does involve outreach.
