Hi, Many thanks for taking the time to write this review. Much appreciated. We are sorry to read that you left the company, especially when you had a really nice time here and enjoyed your job. Absolutely agree with the point that every job is what you make of it. However, we do admit that there are areas in which we can improve on. For people who are not interested in research or analytical work, we do have some really exciting roles that are fit for other professionals, such as those in Human Resources, Editorial, IT and Marketing - all crucial roles that keep the company moving. We do need to focus on employee development and this is one of the key initiatives that we are involved in - especially when it comes to management training and product training for those who have been promoted from within the company and have little management experience. We really feel we've made huge strides this year, but we still have a huge distance to go!
