Good starting salary and young working professionals so nice social aspect

This place is full of incompetent managers, who do not know how to lead a team. People in their early twenties get promoted to lead others when they have no skills for it and are in turn ruining others’ mental health and ability to progress. Upper management don’t care about you unless you suck up to them. They also discriminate massively against mental health, where you also need to remember that HR are only on the company’s side. This company will work you for so many hours and expect you to be constantly available, whether that’s late nights, weekends, early mornings, bank holidays. It’s a toxic environment and I’d highly recommend avoiding this glorified cold call centre.
