Great office, great people, hybrid mode of working.

Cons

WLB is not the best, there are days you will start at 12pm and finish at 12am/1am with no additional compensation. there is more time spent on cold calls/ outreach than on actual research

Job when job market is really bad I suppose

Reach out to talk to one of the many former employees for this, there are hundreds, turnover rate is well probably in the 80-90% range, no kidding.
