Third Bridge is committed to professional development and carves out opportunities for all employees to learn new skills and grow over time.

Cons

Given there is a culture of "never standing still" and continuous improvement, we often try new things and pivot strategies, which can feel like constant change and adjusting to new processes or systems. This can be challenging but is also engrained in the company's culture.

- no work life balance - take on more business they can handle - high turnover rate, and the workload is shifted to the people who stay around - mundane work - toxic culture - managers are encouraged to shame lower staff as opposed to offering constructive criticism - no overtime pay

- Can be a fun place to work when you're young and new to NYC. - Drinks and snacks

Cons

- Management has no idea what they're doing - they change policies and employee advancement opportunities, raises, promotions, etc every year or so. - Favoritism is rampant. How you do, promotions, clients, accounts all depend on how much your TL or VP like you and how "in" you are.
